Introduction

Linear tracking Capping Machine is widely used in all kinds of products that need capping. The whole machine is composed of servo bottle conveying mechanism, reciprocating servo following capping mechanism, electrical control system and frame. Adopting the in-line struciure, under the control of multi-axis motion control driver, driving reciprocating servo cap mechanism synchronously follow the bottle running on the bottle feeding mechanism, complete cap screwing and quick return in the process of bottle movement, and repeatedly follow cap screwing after grabbing the cap, realizing flexible and effective cap screwing operation.
